Milady Maker, an NFT project on the Ethereum blockchain, has been targeted in a major exploit involving fees and social media accounts. The exploit resulted in approximately $1 million in generated fees being diverted from Remilia Corporation, the decentralized autonomous organization (DAO) behind Milady Maker NFT. The attacker also seized codebases and took control of three social media accounts associated with the project. However, the creator of Milady Maker, Charlotte Fang, stated that user assets and reserves are unaffected and safe. Fang also mentioned that Remilia has identified the individuals involved in the exploit and will pursue legal action to recover their property. Milady NFTs gained attention earlier this year when they were endorsed by Tesla CEO Elon Musk. The floor price of a Milady NFT has seen a decline of about 15% in the past 24 hours.
